{"data":{"id":"us-ca/wat-31144.6","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"WAT § 31144.6","heading":"","body":"Any violation of a regulation of the district adopted pursuant to Section 31144 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 60 days, or by both that fine and imprisonment. Each day of the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
