Weather resources management does not include agricultural frost protection or inadvertent weather modification.\n(b) “Weather resources management project” or “project” means the performance of weather resources management with a specified purpose within a specified geographical area over a specified time interval.","path":["Water Code - WAT","DIVISION 1.
