{"data":{"id":"us-ca/wic-11017.1","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"WIC § 11017.1","heading":"","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11017, the State Department of Social Services, at the next computation of annual cost-of-living adjustments for public assistance payments on and after August 28, 1969, under Part 3 (commencing with Section 11000) of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, shall make all such adjustments to the nearer fifty cents ($0.50) in order that all future grant computations and payments may be made to the nearer dollar.
