{"data":{"id":"us-ca/wic-14043.34","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"WIC § 14043.34","heading":"","body":"(a) As a condition of a pharmacy’s participation in the Medi-Cal program, the pharmacy shall have in stock and regularly dispense prescription drugs.\n(b) For purposes of this section, “prescription drugs” means any drug unsafe for self use by a person, and includes either of the following:\n(1) Any drug that bears the legend: “Rx Only” or “Caution: federal law prohibits dispensing without prescription” or words of similar import.\n(2) Any other drug that by federal or state law can be lawfully dispensed by the prescription of a licensed physician and surgeon.","path":["Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC","DIVISION 9.
