The department’s evaluation shall include, but not be limited to, the following:\n(a) Whether or not the pilot project has reduced the fragmentation and improved the coordination of the long-term care delivery system in the pilot project area.\n(b) Whether or not the long-term care delivery system is more efficient and makes better use of available resources.\n(c) Whether or not the goals identified in Section 14139.11 have been met.","path":["Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC","DIVISION 9.
