{"data":{"id":"us-ca/wic-5965.07","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"WIC § 5965.07","heading":"","body":"(a) Solely for the purpose of authorizing the issuance and sale, pursuant to the State General Obligation Bond Law, of the bonds authorized by this chapter, the Behavioral Health Infrastructure Bond Act Finance Committee is hereby created.\n(b) (1) The committee consists of the Controller, the Treasurer, and the Director of Finance.\n(2) Notwithstanding any other law, a member may designate a representative to act as that member in the member’s place, for all purposes, as though the member were personally present.\n(c) (1) The Treasurer shall serve as chairperson of the committee.\n(2) A majority of the committee may act for the committee.","path":["Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC","DIVISION 5.
