{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-10-16-208","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 10-16-208","heading":"Conforming to statute.","body":"(1) No policy provision which is not subject to section 10-16-202 or 10-16-203 shall make a policy, or any portion thereof, less favorable in any respect to the insured or the beneficiary than the provisions thereof which are subject to part 1 of this article and this part 2.\n\n(2) A policy delivered or issued for delivery to any person in this state in violation of part 1 of this article or this part 2 shall be held valid but shall be construed as provided in part 1 of this article and this part 2.
