{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-10-2-409","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 10-2-409","heading":"License - amendment - reissuance.","body":"(1) An insurance producer licensee shall promptly notify the commissioner, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, of any change that will require amending a license to reflect that change, including without limitation a legal change of the licensee's name, a change of address, or change or removal of a trade name.
