{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-10-2-413","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 10-2-413","heading":"Fees.","body":"(1) The commissioner shall, by rule, set reasonable fees and penalties for the following:\n\n(a) Insurance producer license; and\n\n(b) Continuation of license.\n\n(2) All fees payable to the commissioner pursuant to this section shall be nonrefundable.
