{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-10-3-127","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 10-3-127","heading":"Domicile of nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, and health services corporations.","body":"(1) A corporation organized under the laws of another state for the purposes set forth in section 10-16-302 may qualify under parts 1 and 3 of article 16 of this title to do business in this state as a nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, and health services corporation, and upon notice to the commissioner may change its domicile by merger, consolidation, or otherwise under the procedures of section 10-3-125 for insurers.
