Such directors shall be individuals employed full-time in the business of writing workers' compensation insurance in Colorado, at least one shall be employed by Pinnacol Assurance, at least one shall be actively engaged in operations in a small underground mine, and at least one shall be actively engaged in operations in a large underground mine.
