{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-105-601","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 11-105-601","heading":"Legislative declaration.","body":"(1) The general assembly finds, determines, and declares that distinctions in function and services of various types of financial institutions have become so narrow that organizational and operational equality should be encouraged and facilitated in this state.
