{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-110-701","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 11-110-701","heading":"Report of condition.","body":"(1) Each licensee shall submit a report of condition to the banking board within forty-five days after the end of a calendar quarter or within any extended time as the board by rule may prescribe.\n\n(2) The report of condition must include:\n\n(a) Financial information at the licensee level;\n\n(b) Nationwide and state-specific money transmission transaction information in every jurisdiction in the United States where the licensee is licensed to engage in money transmission;\n\n(c) A permissible investments report;\n\n(d) Transaction destination country reporting for money received for transmission, if applicable; and\n\n(e) Any other information the banking board reasonably requires with respect to the licensee.\n\n(3) The information required by subsection (2)(d) of this section shall only be included in a report of condition submitted within forty-five days after the end of the fourth calendar quarter.","path":["Title 11 - FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS","Article 110 - Money Transmitters","Part 7 - REPORTING AND RECORDS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-11.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"8df68133f761111c8a7a0897d3a63f21d4d741a1e206f8bd5918439a0abf4717","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-110-602","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-110-702"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
