{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-110-704","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 11-110-704","heading":"Reports of certain events.","body":"(1) A licensee shall file a report with the banking board within one business day after the licensee has reason to know of the occurrence of any of the following events:\n\n(a) The filing of a petition by or against the licensee under the United States bankruptcy code, 11 U.S.C. secs. 101 to 110, as amended, for bankruptcy or reorganization;\n\n(b) The filing of a petition by or against the licensee for receivership, the commencement of any other judicial or administrative proceeding for the licensee's dissolution or reorganization, or the making of a general assignment for the benefit of the licensee's creditors; or\n\n(c) The commencement of a proceeding to revoke or suspend the licensee's license in a state or country in which the licensee engages in business or is licensed.\n\n(2) A licensee shall file a report with the banking board within three business days after the licensee has reason to know of the occurrence of any of the following events:\n\n(a) A charge or conviction of the licensee or of a key individual or person in control of the licensee for a felony; or\n\n(b) A charge or conviction of an authorized delegate for a felony.","path":["Title 11 - FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS","Article 110 - Money Transmitters","Part 7 - REPORTING AND RECORDS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-11.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"1c2251fd355812cd49313333c2521d01baba2fbec48cf5a7041b60cff0f21aa3","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-110-703","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-110-705"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
