{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-11-30-107","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 11-30-107","heading":"Fiscal year - meetings.","body":"(1) A board of directors of a credit union may determine the date upon which the credit union's fiscal year ends, so long as the date coincides with the end of a standard fiscal quarter.\n\n(2) A board of directors of a credit union may determine the date of the credit union's annual membership meeting. Special meetings may be held in the manner indicated in the bylaws. At all meetings, a member has only one vote, regardless of the member's share holdings.
