{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-10-621","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 12-10-621","heading":"Business entities.","body":"(1) A corporation, partnership, bank, savings and loan association, savings bank, credit union, or other business entity may provide appraisal services if the appraisal is prepared by a certified general appraiser, a certified residential appraiser, or a licensed appraiser.
