{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-120-215","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 12-120-215","heading":"Fees - disposition.","body":"(1) Pursuant to section 12-20-105, the board shall charge and collect fees for the following:\n\n(a) With respect to professional engineers:\n\n(I) Renewal of a license;\n\n(II) Replacement of a physical certificate of licensure, if requested by the licensee;\n\n(III) Application for licensure by endorsement;\n\n(IV) Application for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b);\n\n(V) Issuance of a physical certificate of licensure, if requested by the licensee;\n\n(VI) Late renewal of a license;\n\n(VII) Reexamination for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b);\n\n(VIII) Reinstatement of an expired license;\n\n(IX) Listing as a retired professional engineer;\n\n(b) With respect to engineer-interns:\n\n(I) Application for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b);\n\n(II) Reexamination for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b);\n\n(III) Application for enrollment by endorsement.","path":["Title 12 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","Article 120 - Engineers, Surveyors, and Architects","Part 2 - ENGINEERS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-12.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"80c9f2b46bb0168a92db8e5b0368d415cdee768407ae11a7b5f586a06041f69e","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-120-214","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-120-216"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
