{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-120-415","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 12-120-415","heading":"Licenses.","body":"(1) The board shall issue a license whenever an applicant for a license to practice architecture in Colorado successfully qualifies for the license as provided in this part 4.\n\n(2) An architect may renew a license by paying to the board the license renewal fee established pursuant to section 12-20-105, and the board shall then renew the license. A license issued pursuant to this part 4 is subject to the renewal, expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202 (1) and (2).\n\n(3) Any person whose license has expired shall be subject to the penalties provided in this part 4 or section 12-20-202 (1).\n\n(4) An architect shall give notice to the board, in a manner prescribed by the board, of any change of address within thirty days after the change.","path":["Title 12 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","Article 120 - Engineers, Surveyors, and Architects","Part 4 - ARCHITECTS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-12.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"1b9e9c10deb611da1caff56d4f44f8be152c5885765f33b4ad5d84541e5595b0","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-120-414","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-120-416"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
