{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-210-109.5","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 12-210-109.5","heading":"Interstate compact - powers and duties of the director - rules - definitions.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n\n(a) \"Adverse action\" has the meaning established in section 24-60-4102.\n\n(b) \"Commission\" means the audiology and speech-language pathology compact commission established in section 24-60-4102.\n\n(c) \"Compact\" means the audiology and speech-language pathology interstate compact authorized in part 41 of article 60 of title 24.\n\n(d) \"Data system\" has the meaning established in section 24-60-4102.\n\n(e) \"Telehealth\" has the meaning established in section 24-60-4102 with regard to delivering audiology services.\n\n(2) With regard to the compact, the director has the following powers and duties:\n\n(a) To facilitate Colorado's participation in the compact;\n\n(b) To promulgate the rules necessary for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of the compact. The director shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4 of title 24.\n\n(c) To appoint a person to serve as a commissioner on the commission;\n\n(d) To regulate telehealth in accordance with the compact;\n\n(e) To notify the commission of any adverse action regarding a licensed audiologist;\n\n(f) To provide uniform data to the data system consistent with the rules of the commission; and\n\n(g) To approve payment of assessments levied by the commission to cover the cost of operations and activities of the commission and its staff.","path":["Title 12 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","Article 210 - Audiologists","Part 1 - REGULATION OF AUDIOLOGISTS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-12.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"e5bb6845a5bb05a912bde2cb26cdc7a56aa553f9772cabb46bb4671e5799cdf7","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-210-109","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-210-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
