{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-247-105","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 12-247-105","heading":"Powers and duties of the Colorado behavior analyst licensing board - rules.","body":"(1) In addition to all other powers and duties conferred upon the board by this article 247, the board has the following powers and duties:\n\n(a) Administer, coordinate, and enforce this article 247;\n\n(b) Adopt, amend, or repeal rules to administer and enforce this article 247;\n\n(c) Establish and determine the qualification and fitness of applicants for licensure under this article 247;\n\n(d) Issue, renew, deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew any license in accordance with this article 247; and\n\n(e) Charge fees pursuant to section 12-20-105.\n\n(2) This article 247 applies to the practice of applied behavior analysis in all settings.
