{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-250-105","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 12-250-105","heading":"Director powers and duties - rules.","body":"(1) In addition to any other powers and duties granted or imposed on the director under this article 250 or articles 20 and 30 of this title 12, the director shall:\n\n(a) Adopt rules pursuant to section 12-20-204;\n\n(b) Establish the form and manner in which applicants are to apply for a new registration or to renew a registration;\n\n(c) Receive, review, and approve or deny applications for registrations and issue and renew registrations under this article 250;\n\n(d) Conduct investigations, hold hearings, take evidence, and pursue disciplinary actions pursuant to sections 12-20-403, 12-20-404, and 12-250-113 with respect to complaints against naturopathic doctors when the director has reasonable cause to believe that a naturopathic doctor is violating this article 250 or rules adopted pursuant to this article 250.\n\n(e) Perform other functions and duties necessary to administer this article 250.","path":["Title 12 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","Article 250 - Naturopathic Doctors"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-12.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"7e5fbd02c394b6597acd9e320901595c3988ac2ce641ca63f758af0aed58356c","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-250-104","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-250-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
