{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-280-112","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 12-280-112","heading":"Fees.","body":"(1) The director shall determine, and the board shall collect, fees pursuant to section 12-20-105 for the following licenses, certifications, and registrations:\n\n(a) For certifying to another state the grades of a person who has taken the pharmacist examination in this state;\n\n(b) For the initial licensure, upon examination, as a pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-114 (4);\n\n(c) For the initial licensure, without examination and upon presentation of evidence of licensure in another state, as a pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-114 (8);\n\n(d) For the renewal of a license as a licensed pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-116 (1);\n\n(e) For reinstatement as a licensed pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-116 (2);\n\n(f) For the transfer of a prescription drug outlet registration to a new owner, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2);\n\n(g) For the transfer of a manager's name, as provided in section 12-280-118 (1);\n\n(h) For the issuance of a duplicate certificate to a licensed pharmacist;\n\n(i) For the initial licensure as a pharmacy intern;\n\n(j) For the issuance of a duplicate license of a pharmacy intern;\n\n(k) For the transfer of a prescription drug outlet registration to a new location, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2);\n\n(l) For reissuing a prescription drug outlet registration in a new store name, without change of owner or manager, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2);\n\n(m) For the initial registration or the renewal of the registration of a prescription drug outlet, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2);\n\n(n) For the initial certificate evidencing licensure for all pharmacists;\n\n(o) For the initial and renewal registration of all other outlets under section 12-280-119 not covered in this section;\n\n(p) For the initial and renewal registration of all nonresident prescription drug outlets under section 12-280-133;\n\n(q) For the initial and renewal registration of animal shelters and animal control agencies pursuant to section 12-280-119 (12);\n\n(r) For the initial certification or provisional certification as a pharmacy technician, as provided in section 12-280-115.5;\n\n(s) For the renewal of a certification as a pharmacy technician issued pursuant to section 12-280-115.5 (2), as provided in section 12-280-116 (1);\n\n(t) For reinstatement as a pharmacy technician, as provided in section 12-280-116 (2);\n\n(u) For the issuance of a duplicate certificate to a pharmacy technician.\n\n(2) Any pharmacist licensed in Colorado for fifty years or more as a pharmacist is exempt from the payment of fees under this article 280 and is allowed to practice as a licensed pharmacist.","path":["Title 12 - PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","Article 280 - Pharmacists, Pharmacy Businesses, and Pharmaceuticals","Part 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-12.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"887a6f13a36d83d97022a9cad9b784c6793941a54881031989336ad7a2a93f3a","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-280-111","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-12-280-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
