{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-13-71-111","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 13-71-111","heading":"Contents of juror summons.","body":"(1) The juror summons shall state: Whether the anticipated service is that of a trial or grand juror; the beginning date of the juror service; the name, address, hour, and room number, if any, of the courthouse or office to which the juror shall report on the first day of service; the fact that a knowing failure to obey the summons without justifiable excuse is a violation of section 18-8-612, and a class 2 misdemeanor punishable as provided in section 18-1.3-501; and such other information and instructions as are deemed appropriate by the state court administrator or the jury commissioner.\n\n(2) Every prospective juror shall also receive with the summons:\n\n(a) Notice of the qualifications for juror service; and\n\n(b) Instructions to jurors for retrieving juror service acknowledgment information, as described in section 13-71-132.","path":["Title 13 - COURTS AND COURT PROCEDURE","Article 71 - Colorado Uniform Jury Selection and Service Act"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-13.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"715f2347ea9bd2f2337758d32784f35035d05bc7fc8d90d9fac4a0c51e2f5224","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-13-71-110","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-13-71-112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
