If a personal representative has not been appointed, then not later than thirty days after a will has been informally probated the moving party shall give information of the probate to the persons and in the manner prescribed by section 15-12-705 and shall promptly file with the court a statement that such information has been given, to whom, and at what addresses, if mailed.
