{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-15-14-406.5","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 15-14-406.5","heading":"Professional evaluation.","body":"(1) At or before a hearing under this part 4, the court may order a professional evaluation of the respondent and shall order the evaluation if the respondent so demands. If the court orders the evaluation, the respondent must be examined by a physician, psychologist, or other individual appointed by the court who is qualified to evaluate the respondent's alleged impairment. The examiner shall promptly file a written report with the court.
