{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-15-18.7-109","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 15-18.7-109","heading":"Effect of a medical orders for scope of treatment form on life or health insurance.","body":"An insurer may not refuse to insure, refuse to continue to insure, or limit the amount, extent, or kind of coverage available for life insurance, health insurance, or within an annuity to an individual, or charge an individual a different rate for the same coverage, solely because such individual executed a medical orders for scope of treatment form or has not executed a medical orders for scope of treatment form.
