{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-16-19-115","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 16-19-115","heading":"Arrest without warrant.","body":"Except in cases arising pursuant to section 16-19-107 (2), the arrest of a person may be lawfully made by any peace officer or a private person without a warrant upon reasonable information that the accused stands charged in the courts of a state with a crime punishable by death or imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
