{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-16-2.5-116","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 16-2.5-116","heading":"Colorado wildlife officer - special wildlife officer.","body":"(1) A Colorado wildlife officer employed by the Colorado division of parks and wildlife in the department of natural resources is a peace officer whose authority shall include the enforcement of all laws of the state of Colorado pursuant to section 33-1-102 (4.3), C.R.S., and who shall be certified by the P.O.S.T. board.
