{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-16-2.5-117","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 16-2.5-117","heading":"Colorado parks and recreation officer - special parks and recreation officer.","body":"(1) A Colorado parks and recreation officer employed by the Colorado division of parks and wildlife in the department of natural resources is a peace officer whose authority shall include the enforcement of all laws of the state of Colorado pursuant to section 33-10-102 (17), C.R.S., and who shall be certified by the P.O.S.T. board.
