{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-18-7-406","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 18-7-406","heading":"Engaging in commercial sexual activity with a child.","body":"(1) A person who performs any of the following with a child commits engaging in commercial sexual activity with a child:\n\n(a) Engages in commercial sexual activity with a child; or\n\n(b) Enters or remains in a place for commercial sexual activity with a child with intent to engage in commercial sexual activity with a child.\n\n(2) Engaging in commercial sexual activity with a child is a class 3 felony.
