{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-19-1.2-117","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 19-1.2-117","heading":"Determination of domicile and residence - tribal court jurisdiction.","body":"(1) In a child custody proceeding involving an Indian child, the court shall determine and issue an order regarding the Indian child's domicile or residence and whether the Indian child is under a tribal court's jurisdiction.\n\n(2) The petitioning or filing party shall coordinate with the Indian child's tribe as necessary to assist the court in making a determination pursuant to this section.
