{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-19-3.3-101.5","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 19-3.3-101.5","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this article 3.3, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Board\" means the child protection ombudsman board established pursuant to section 19-3.3-102 (2)(a).\n\n(2) \"Complaint\" means a report or complaint relating to an action, inaction, or decision of a public agency or a provider that receives public money that may adversely affect the safety, permanency, or well-being of a child or youth.\n\n(3) \"Facility\" means a facility established and operated by the state department pursuant to section 19-2.5-1502.\n\n(4) \"Office\" means the office of the child protection ombudsman established pursuant to section 19-3.3-102 (1)(a).\n\n(5) \"Ombudsman\" means the child protection ombudsman and director of the office appointed pursuant to section 19-3.3-102 (3)(a)(I).\n\n(6) \"Personnel files\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-72-202.\n\n(7) \"State-licensed residential child care facility\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 26-6-903.\n\n(8) \"Work product\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-72-202.","path":["Title 19 - CHILDREN'S CODE","Article 3.3 - Office of the Child Protection Ombudsman"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-19.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"45ec591a1fd290a0cb22477505b375398f5a5d36b6f48aa67b9e4a3a169907dd","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-19-3.3-101","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-19-3.3-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
