{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-20-1-205","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 20-1-205","heading":"Assistant district attorneys.","body":"(1) (a) In every judicial district, the district attorney is authorized to appoint an assistant district attorney who shall be an attorney-at-law admitted to practice within this state and who shall actually have practiced law not less than two years.\n\n(b) Repealed.\n\n(c) The district attorney in every judicial district having a population not exceeding fifty thousand may appoint one part-time assistant district attorney.
