{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-20-107","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 22-20-107","heading":"Authority to contract with institutions of higher education or case management agencies.","body":"(1) An administrative unit may contract with an institution of higher education, a case management agency, or an entity, as those terms are defined in section 25.5-6-1702, as provided in section 25.5-10-206, for the provision by the administrative unit of an education and training program for children with disabilities.
