{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-69-103","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 22-69-103","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Department\" means the department of education, created and existing pursuant to section 24-1-115, C.R.S.\n\n(2) \"Grant program\" means the alternative teacher compensation plan grant program created pursuant to section 22-69-104.\n\n(3) \"P-20 council\" means the governor's P-20 education coordinating council created by the governor under executive order B 003 07.\n\n(4) \"School district\" means any school district organized and existing pursuant to law but does not include a local college district.\n\n(5) \"State board\" means the state board of education, created and existing pursuant to section 1 of article IX of the state constitution.\n\n(6) \"Teacher\" means a person employed to instruct students in a public school in the state.","path":["Title 22 - EDUCATION","Article 69 - Alternative Teacher Compensation Plan Act"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-22.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"b6288c95beb692390413a400028f5ddc330c90cab2a6201693208c1bfb1e6bdf","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-69-102","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-69-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
