{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-7-602","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 22-7-602","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part 6, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Alternative education campus\" means a public school, including a charter school, that receives a designation pursuant to section 22-7-604.5.\n\n(1.5) Repealed.\n\n(2) to (4) Repealed.\n\n(5) \"Department\" means the department of education created and existing pursuant to section 24-1-115, C.R.S.\n\n(6) \"District school board\" means the board of education of a school district existing pursuant to law.\n\n(7) \"Public school\" means a school that receives a majority of its funding from moneys raised by a general state, county, or district tax and whose property is operated by a political subdivision of the state or a charter school established pursuant to article 30.5 of this title.\n\n(8) Repealed.\n\n(9) \"State board\" means the state board of education created and existing pursuant to section 1 of article IX of the state constitution.\n\n(10) Repealed.","path":["Title 22 - EDUCATION","Article 7 - Educational Accountability","Part 6 - SCHOOL ACCOUNTABILITY REPORTS"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-22.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"e4bde0e33536c3f2714a0cb7a6c51e0425e0c7a3b88c733ea1b171162e3c194c","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-7-601","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-7-603"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
