{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-81.5-106","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 22-81.5-106","heading":"Reports.","body":"(1) Each school district, charter school, and facility school that receives a grant through the grant program shall, by the close of each academic year for which the grant was awarded, submit to the department a report specifying the following information:\n\n(a) The manner in which the grant moneys were used;\n\n(b) The progress made toward achieving the goals specified in the grant recipient's application;\n\n(c) Any additional entities and businesses with whom the grant recipient has contracted or partnered with the goal of achieving greater integration of information technology education in the ninth-grade through twelfth-grade curriculum;\n\n(d) The recipient school district's, charter school's, or facility school's plan for continuing the integration of information technology education into the curriculum, regardless of whether the grant is renewed;\n\n(e) Any other information specified by rule of the state board.\n\n(2) Repealed.\n\n(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (2) of this section, the department need not submit a report for any academic year in which no grants are made through the grant program.","path":["Title 22 - EDUCATION","Article 81.5 - Colorado Information Technology Education Grant Program"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-22.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"0b567a2f8988d1609f5b524768ddc1abfd9e6a471ec14bb3f26db5f0b445bd4f","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-81.5-105","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-81.5-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
