{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-93-101","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 22-93-101","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Bullying\" shall have the same meaning as set forth in section 22-32-109.1 (1)(b).\n\n(2) \"Cash fund\" means the school bullying prevention and education cash fund created in section 22-93-105.\n\n(3) \"Department\" means the department of education created and existing pursuant to section 24-1-115, C.R.S.\n\n(4) \"Facility school\" means an approved facility school, as defined in section 22-2-402 (1).\n\n(5) \"Program\" means the school bullying prevention and education grant program created in section 22-93-102.\n\n(6) \"Public school\" means a school of a school district, a district charter school, an institute charter school, or a board of cooperative services, as defined in section 22-5-103.\n\n(7) \"State board\" means the state board of education created pursuant to section 1 of article IX of the state constitution.","path":["Title 22 - EDUCATION","Article 93 - School Bullying Prevention and Education Grant Program"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-22.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"b77e1066c4c30f928be345ef3a6e32065422c7efb66bce775cb0ea03d895c8a1","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-92-101-to-22-92-107","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-22-93-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
