{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-18-308","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 23-18-308","heading":"Fee-for-service contracts - grants to local district colleges - limited purpose - repeal.","body":"(1) Subject to available appropriations, the department shall enter into fee-for-service contracts for the following purposes:\n\n(a) (I) The creation of career pathways for students designed pursuant to sections 23-60-109 and 24-46.3-104.\n\n(II) This subsection (1)(a) is repealed, effective June 30, 2028.\n\n(b) to (e) Repealed.\n\n(f) Providing services to maximize concurrent enrollment across the community college system as provided in section 23-60-202.7;\n\n(g) to (i) Repealed.\n\n(j) The Colorado rural health-care workforce initiative established in article 76.5 of this title 23, including for health-care professionals rural tracks at institutions of higher education and administrative costs and educational support provided by the university of Colorado's school of medicine's rural program;\n\n(k) The recruitment of wildland fire prevention and mitigation educators program administered pursuant to section 23-81-102;\n\n(l) (I) The Colorado multidisciplinary health-care provider access training program created in section 23-21-1103.\n\n(II) This subsection (1)(l) is repealed, effective June 30, 2028.\n\n(m) (I) The creation of education programs aligned pursuant to section 8-15.7-201.\n\n(II) This subsection (1)(m) is repealed, effective June 30, 2028.\n\n(n) Repealed.\n\n(o) (I) The Colorado school of public health's analysis of model legislation related to a statewide universal health-care system conducted pursuant to section 23-20-146.\n\n(II) This subsection (1)(o) is repealed, effective December 1, 2027.\n\n(2) Notwithstanding any provision of this part 3 to the contrary, the amount of a fee-for-service contract or grant pursuant to this section is not included in the calculation of \"total state appropriation\" or \"total governing board appropriation\" made pursuant to this part 3.","path":["Title 23 - POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION","Article 18 - College Opportunity Fund and Higher Education Funding","Part 3 - HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-23.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"bfb7741bdcf5e1f2ed1b43662558a690703e986f3a01801ec01dada320e4a0dc","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-18-307","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-19-101-to-23-19-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
