{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-19.7-104","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 23-19.7-104","heading":"Innovative higher education research fund - funding.","body":"(1) There is created in the state treasury the innovative higher education research fund, which consists of:\n\n(a) Repealed.\n\n(b) Any moneys that the general assembly may appropriate to the research fund;\n\n(c) Money received pursuant to section 23-19.7-103 (1)(j); and\n\n(d) Repealed.\n\n(e) All income and interest derived from the deposit and investment of moneys in the research fund.\n\n(2) Moneys in the research fund shall be subject to annual appropriation by the general assembly for the direct and indirect costs associated with the implementation of this article.
