{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-7-113","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 23-7-113","heading":"Tuition classification for peace corps volunteers.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of this article 7 to the contrary, a student shall be classified as an in-state student for tuition purposes if the student was certified by the director of the peace corps as having served satisfactorily as a peace corps volunteer.\n\n(2) A student who is classified as an in-state student pursuant to this section must not be counted as a resident student for any purpose other than tuition classification.\n\n(3) The governing board of each state-supported institution of higher education shall grant in-state tuition status to students classified pursuant to this section.","path":["Title 23 - POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION","Article 7 - Classification of Students for Tuition Purposes"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-23.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"5cb91e5b1be028c259f34a9043dd05dff2c8cc62afde6d2d4519f7f33cf4c92d","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-7-112","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-7.4-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
