{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-23-7.4-202","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 23-7.4-202","heading":"Tuition classification of Colorado National Guard personnel.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding any provision of this article 7.4 or article 7 of this title 23 to the contrary, a member of the Colorado National Guard who maintains his or her sole residence in Colorado, or the dependent of that member of the Colorado National Guard, has in-state tuition status at any institution of higher education in this state.
