{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-31-806","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 24-31-806","heading":"Civil investigative demands and subpoenas.","body":"(1) Civil investigative demands issued pursuant to this part 8 are subject to the requirements of section 25.5-4-309.\n\n(2) Subpoenas issued pursuant to this part 8 must comply with the provisions of article 90 of title 13 and any court rule.\n\n(3) Any testimony obtained pursuant to a civil investigative demand issued pursuant to this section is not admissible in evidence in any criminal prosecution against the person compelled to testify pursuant to the civil investigative demand.
