{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-32-102","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 24-32-102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part 1, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Broadband facility\" means any infrastructure used to deliver broadband or provide broadband.\n\n(2) \"Community anchor institution\" has the meaning set forth in section 24-37.5-902 (2).\n\n(3) \"Division\" means the division of local government created in section 24-32-103.\n\n(4) \"Interconnectivity grant program\" means the grant program created in section 24-32-104 (7)(a).\n\n(5) \"Interconnectivity grant program fund\" means the fund created in section 24-32-104 (7)(c).\n\n(6) \"Last-mile broadband infrastructure\" means broadband infrastructure that delivers an internet connection to an end user.\n\n(7) (a) \"Local government\" means a statutory or home rule municipality, county, city and county, council of governments, or metropolitan district that lies wholly within the unincorporated part of a county.\n\n(b) \"Local government\" includes all quasi municipalities and local improvement and service districts of this state.\n\n(8) \"Metropolitan district\" has the meaning set forth in section 32-1-103 (10).","path":["Title 24 - GOVERNMENT - STATE","Article 32 - Department of Local Affairs","Part 1 - DIVISION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-24.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"cbeb6c5e32fe10799f9f8df693ea4b3f23e5e07a8a9377b882b269f5718c3ed1","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-32-101","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-32-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
