{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-32-3202","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 24-32-3202","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part 32, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Colorado heritage planning grant\" means a grant awarded by the office of smart growth pursuant to section 24-32-3203 (3)(c).\n\n(2) \"Department\" means the Colorado department of local affairs.\n\n(3) \"Eligible participant\" means one or more local governments that satisfy the requirements for grant eligibility pursuant to section 24-32-3203 (3).\n\n(4) \"Executive director\" means the executive director of the department of local affairs.\n\n(5) \"Fund\" means the Colorado heritage communities fund created in section 24-32-3207.\n\n(6) Repealed.\n\n(7) \"Local government\" means any county, city and county, city, town, or special district created pursuant to article 1 of title 32.\n\n(8) \"Office\" means the office of smart growth created by this part 32.","path":["Title 24 - GOVERNMENT - STATE","Article 32 - Department of Local Affairs","Part 32 - OFFICE OF SMART GROWTH"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-24.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"b4d32201f262524c2c626473fbdc26908c62aa555de0c1326514aba1df0a7196","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-32-3201","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-32-3203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
