{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-32-3315.5","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 24-32-3315.5","heading":"Contract for the installation of manufactured homes and tiny homes - requirements.","body":"(1) A registered or certified installer must provide a contract for the installation of each manufactured home or tiny home and make the following disclosures in any contract for the installation of a manufactured home or tiny home:\n\n(a) That the installer has a letter of credit, certificate of deposit, or surety bond filed with the division for the performance of the installation;\n\n(b) That an aggrieved person may file a complaint with the division concerning the performance of the installation, including making a claim against the letter of credit, certificate of deposit, or surety bond filed with the division; and\n\n(c) That an aggrieved person may bring a civil action pursuant to the \"Colorado Consumer Protection Act\", section 6-1-105 (1)(ss), to remedy violations of the installation requirements in this part 33.
