{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-50-805","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 24-50-805","heading":"Institutions of higher education - alternative employee incentive programs.","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of this part 8 to the contrary, the chief executive officer of a state institution of higher education may establish and implement an incentive program for employees, including classified employees, of the institution. At a minimum, the incentive program shall include the elements described in section 24-50-804 (2)(a) to (2)(e).
