{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-75-301","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 24-75-301","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Capital construction\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (2).\n\n(2) \"Capital construction appropriation\" means an appropriation in the capital construction section of the annual general appropriations act and may be for capital construction, controlled maintenance, or capital renewal.\n\n(3) \"Capital renewal\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (3).\n\n(4) \"Controlled maintenance\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (4), including the limitations specified in section 24-30-1303.9.\n\n(4.5) \"Information technology\" means information technology as defined in section 24-37.5-102 (12), the majority of the components of which have a useful life of at least five years; except that \"information technology\" does not include personal computer replacement or maintenance, unless such personal computer replacement or maintenance is a component of a larger computer system upgrade.\n\n(5) \"State agency\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (17).\n\n(6) \"State institution of higher education\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (18).","path":["Title 24 - GOVERNMENT - STATE","Article 75 - State Funds","Part 3 - CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION FUND"],"source_url":"https://olls.info/crs/crs2026-title-24.htm","current_through":"Colorado Revised Statutes 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:37:45Z","sha256":"779aff44e8320ed1b854853f6de2da622c441b08f5571a2ddb2165eb063664bb","source_id":"us-co","stale":false,"prev":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-75-232","next":"us-co/c.r.s.-24-75-302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
