{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-15-205","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-15-205","heading":"Permit required for operation - burial of liquids prohibited.","body":"(1) Operation of a hazardous waste disposal site for which a certificate of designation has been issued shall not begin until the applicant obtains for such operation a federal permit issued under the federal act or a state permit issued under part 3 of this article.\n\n(2) A certificate of designation for a hazardous waste disposal site shall not become effective until such time as the certificated facility has received a permit under section 3005 (c) of the federal act or the equivalent state permit.\n\n(3) The burial of liquid hazardous waste both on-site and off-site is prohibited in this state.
