{"data":{"id":"us-co/c.r.s.-25-15-307","jurisdiction":"us-co","citation":"C.R.S. § 25-15-307","heading":"Coordination with other programs.","body":"(1) The department shall coordinate the hazardous waste program with all other programs within the department and with other agencies of federal, state, or local government which are related to hazardous waste.\n\n(2) For the purposes of the administration and enforcement of this part 3, the department shall coordinate its activities with those of the Colorado state patrol relating to the transportation of hazardous materials.
